Make sure when putting on a guide that the guide holder isn't bent down. The tongue should be level or bent higher than where it attaches to the center section. How much is up to you but bend it up too much & you'll have to add extra guide washers so the front of the chassis doesn't drag & passes tech. You should always try & get all of the 'wobble' out of the guide - especially the side to side wobble - which causes poor contact even on a heavier car which leads to poor handling.
